Where do you deliver to?

We currently offer free delivery to Ireland and the UK.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is FREE.

How long will it take for me to receive my item?

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. 

For our Gaming Products please allow 2 business days to ship from our Irish warehouse.

Will I be able to track my delivery?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number by email.

I placed an order but I have not received a confirmation email. Is there a problem?

Please ensure that you have entered the correct email address when ordering. Check the spam folder for the confirmation email. If you still have not received it, please contact our customer support by filling in the form here.

 

I ordered multiple items but I have not received them all. Why?

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in different shipments but all within the estimated delivery time. This is because they may be coming from different manufacturers.

I need my item before a certain date? Can you guarantee I will receive it by then?

We cannot guarantee that you will have your item before a certain date. We can only guarantee that you will have it within the estimated delivery time.

Can I change my order/shipping address after I place my order?

We usually process orders the same day we receive them so if you need to make a change to your order/address please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to help you. If the order has already been processed, we cannot make any guarantees.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. Please see our Returns Policy.
